1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Dualbuy's ("we", "the Service") services related to selling virtual private network (VPN) subscriptions. By using the site or registering an account, you agree to these terms in full.
2. The Service
We provide VPN subscriptions with different speeds, data limits, and device counts depending on the chosen plan, over SSTP, L2TP/IPsec, OpenVPN and WireGuard protocols. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times, but we aim for the highest possible uptime.
3. Payment
You can pay by cryptocurrency (via the Plisio payment gateway), by Jawwal Pay, or from your wallet balance (topped up with either method or with a voucher code). Cryptocurrency: your subscription activates automatically once the blockchain confirms the payment, and you are responsible for sending the correct amount in the specified currency before the invoice expires. Jawwal Pay: a confirmation code is texted to your Jawwal number and entered on the site; the amount is charged in Israeli shekels (ILS) at the exchange rate shown before you confirm, rounded to the nearest whole shekel, your wallet must hold enough balance, and the subscription activates once the payment is confirmed.
4. Refund Policy
There are no refunds whatsoever once payment is completed. The subscription is activated automatically and immediately, cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed (no chargebacks), and a Jawwal Pay payment is final once you enter the confirmation code. Please make sure you select the right plan before paying.
5. Acceptable Use
The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, spam, cyberattacks, or intellectual property infringement. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates this without prior notice and without a refund.
6. Data & Speed Limits
Each plan has a download/upload speed cap, and its speed and data allowance (unlimited, or a monthly limit) are shown with the plan when you subscribe. If a plan has a monthly data limit and it is exceeded, the account is automatically suspended until the subscription is renewed or upgraded to a higher plan.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Service "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, temporarily, until the project registers a formal legal entity in another country, at which point this clause may be updated accordingly.
