1. Data We Collect

  • Email address (to create your account, log in, and send service notifications).
  • Payment records (transaction ID, payment method, amount, status) - managed via our payment providers (Plisio for cryptocurrency, and Jawwal Pay).
  • Your Jawwal mobile number - only if you pay with Jawwal Pay, to send you the payment confirmation code.
  • VPN usage data (approximate data volume transferred) - only to enforce your plan's data cap; we do not log the sites or content you visit.
  • Your IP address at signup/login - for security purposes (abuse prevention) only.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not log your browsing history, the sites you visit, or the content of traffic through your VPN connection (no-logs for usage content).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Activating and managing your subscription.
  • Sending necessary emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing alerts).
  • Enforcing plan limits (speed, device count, data cap).
  • Preventing fraud and abuse.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Plisio - cryptocurrency payment processing.
  • Maal Cards (Jawwal Pay) - processing Jawwal Pay payments; your Jawwal number and the amount are sent to them to complete the payment.
  • Resend - sending system emails.
  • Google - sign-in (if you choose to sign in with a Google account).
  • Cloudflare - delivers and protects our websites (visits pass through its network) and provides anonymous visit analytics (no cookies, no personal tracking).

We do not sell your data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), and VPN connection data (WireGuard keys and SSTP/L2TP/OpenVPN passwords) is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in the database.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at the email below, subject to retaining payment records for the period required by applicable local law, if any.
